MISSION:

The person in charge of this position will provide excellent customer service internationally to offer best in class fragrances. Will join a multidisciplinary team and lease with all departments involved in fragrance development.

 

FUNCTIONS:

-Preparing shipments for international clients, sending them fragrance samples for their evaluation, follow up of the shipment.

 

-Solving queries from clients and proactively anticipate improvements that could be done.

 

-Using SAP for below actions: Creating samples orders, creating customer orders, sending technical documents from the system.

 

-Get involved in internal projects to maximize Customer Service impact in the diverse internal projects related to Internal Marketing Products, Olfactive Trainings, Logistics projects, Sales activities, Digital Transformation.

 

-Liase with Marketing team to prepare product presentations and support Sales Team to orgnaize client visits.

 

-Getting fragrance samples ready for client visits, coordinate the production with the Fragrance Laboratory.

 

-Using our Project Management software (Procis) for: Creating customer samples request and to follow-up projects deadline with the Sales Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Previous experience in a Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics or related department. We are looking for someone with experience dealing with clients or providers, used to work with Internal Software systems and to solve inquiries.

 

-Eager to collaborate in crossfunctional projects related to fragrance development.

 

-Willing to work with Microsoft Office package, in order to produce tutorials, create power points and to manage data with excel.

 

-Used to work with different software applications and online systems – IT affinity

 

Languages and level:

-Fluent English level is a must to be able to communicate with international clients.

 

-Fluency in other languages will be extremely valuated.
