Education and qualifications:
Required.
Cicle formatiu de grau mitjà en l'àrea de coneixement de l'administració (CFGM)
Certificat de català C1
Desired:
Cicle formatiu de grau superior en l'àrea de coneixement de l'administració (CFGS) o batxillerat
Certificat de anglès B2
Experience and knowledge:
Obligatori:
Almenys 6 mesos duent a terme tasques auxiliars de suport administratiu en recepcions o similars.
Experiència en l'ús de Microsoft Office (word, excel...)
Experiència duent a terme tasques d'atenció al client.
Experiència en entorns hospitalaris (contacte amb personal mèdic / investigador).
Com a mínim 1 any fent servei al client i davant del públic.
Capacitat per dur a terme tasques que requereixen esforç físic.

Desitjable:
Experiència en omplir sistemes per emmagatzemar mostres de laboratori en nitrogen líquid.
Experiència en el sector de la salut com a recepcionista.
Es consideraran les referències del candidat en llocs de treball anteriors.
Main responsibilities/duties:
Atendre el públic que arriba a la recepció dels diferents edificis VHIR, així com gestionar les trucades i
altres procediments auxiliars.
Donar suport a tot el personal del VHIR en tasques auxiliars que siguin necessàries (missatgeria,
recepció, transferències ...).
Supervisar laboratoris i congeladors diaris en diferents llocs. Seguint els protocols d'actuació en cas
d'alarmes.
Controlar els nivells dels tancs de nitrogen líquid.
Ajudar els laboratoris i les sales comunes en la instal·lació de nous aparells.
Control d'accés a edificis VHIR mitjançant llistes de seguretat (entrades i sortides de personal
autoritzat).
Gestionar el correu intern.
Portar mostres, documentació i materials diversos.
Distribuir paqueteria
Suport a la logística del departament.
Rebre i distribuir la paqueteria del VHIR.
En l'àmbit de l'atenció al client:
o Assistir per telèfon a tots els clients VHIR interns i extern.
o Gestionar les sales de reunions de tots els edificis del VHIR i, quan sigui necessari, les sales de reunions
de l'Hospital.

Mantenir els magatzems de material de cada edifici en condicions òptimes.

Labour conditions:
30 hores/setmana
Contracte temporal d’interinitat per cobertura de vacant.
Salari brut anual: 14.536,64 €
