Job Description

As a Service Support Assistant in Barcelona Airport your main responsability Will be the office and staff Management.

 

Other responsibilities include:

    • Customer Management (Realization and delivery of documentation and reports on regular dates, management of staff cards and visits, driving licences, ITAs and accreditations, management of accesses for vehicles with airport authorities, management of the rental of the airport premises )

 

  • Office Management (External suppliers management, purchasing management, office maintenance)
  • Staff Management (documentation of employees, needs of work equipment for staff, parking, EPIs, radio stations, etc...,management of the staff signing clock)

 

Your qualifications and skills:

  • Min. of Bachelor studies, value in administrative business
  • 2 years developing similar tasks, ideally having engineering experience or have previously worked at another engineering company
  • Professional level of english
  • MS Office pack.
