Responsible of all sales activities in a defined customer portfolio mainly with standard customer & distributor. He/She is managing these customers via all internal communication channels (without normal customer visits). The Sales Support and Customer Service Representative actively coordinates all issues related to assigned customers. He/she proactively follows up customers requests (orders/complaints/others) and intensively cooperates and communicates with customers and other involved departments. He/she ensures a satisfying service applying best practice. He/She represents the company on a daily level towards the customers.
