Responsible of all sales activities in a defined customer portfolio mainly with standard customer & distributor. He/She is managing these customers via all internal communication channels (without normal customer visits). The Sales Support and Customer Service Representative actively coordinates all issues related to assigned customers. He/she proactively follows up customers requests (orders/complaints/others) and intensively cooperates and communicates with customers and other involved departments. He/she ensures a satisfying service applying best practice. He/She represents the company on a daily level towards the customers.


Responsibilities

 

  • Develops and implements strategies and objectives in line with overall strategy with regard to sales quota, new business opportunities and the maintenance of present customer satisfaction.
  • Collects and summarizes customer needs, using them as key input to develop marketing plans and to develop appropriate product support as well as a close customer relationship and satisfaction.
  • Interface between the customer and the company, providing needed information to corresponding depts
  • Calculate sales prices according to company guidelines and/or Market Segment policies, guidance of superiors
  • Manages customer portfolio and customer business plans.
  • Assures that new/modified selling plans are consistent with present sales policies & sales service capacities.
  • Developing actions to increase sales and improve profitability
  • He/She manages master data of the customer portfolio. (general info, prices, other)
  • Responsible for maintaining contact and screening potential opportunities with major accounts.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution (QNS)
  • Assist when necessary with out of office duties and functions as deemed necessary
  • Reviews and reports monthly on sales activity and performance to plans
  • NWC Inventory Management / Price Management

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Business degree or equivalent due to work experience, administrative, commercial or logistical qualification.
  • 5-7 years proven Customer Service or Inside Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of account management is a plus.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, SAP (PCE)
  • Languages: Spanish - English (advance level) - French (advance level)
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Teamplayer, selfdriven and proactive working style.
