In Barcelona, you will join a young, dynamic and international team working in an office in the heart of the Gothic district of Barcelona and a few minutes from the port !

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, relational, team player who enjoys working in a team environment and is proactive, independant with great communication skills.

*Job responsabilities : *

• Respond to incoming tickets from customers.
• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Increase sales.
• Review & respond to chargeback and freight claims.
• Provide reports to management.
• Process returns and refunds.
• Sales oriented.

*Qualifications : *

Self-assured and commercially oriented. Confident on the phone.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent writing & oral skills in English + Spanish.

Excellent computer skills and ability to type quickly.

Ability to handle high volume email communication and calls.

Prior experience within e-commerce/customer service would be appreciated.

Full time : Rotation - 2pm-11pm or 16pm-1am or 18pm-3am - Monday to Friday.

Salary : Up to 22,000 gross per year + bonus

Location: Barcelona, city centre : in the Gothico close to the beach!
