Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What will my day look like?This is the first step into leading a team as a Sales Lead so your day to day will be spent:
  • Opening/closing store autonomously
  • Leading, organizing & coordinating Customer Experience on the sales floor
  • Stock Management
  • Staff Sales & Cash Management
  • Updating on Communication both verbally and using Business Tools
  • Hosting with appropriate Language Skills
  • Leading by Example to maintain and protect Brand Integrity whilst resolving customer issues
  • Having a significant impact on the sales results of assigned area/store
  • Able to access, read and interpret key Business Reports
  • Making balanced and commercial decisions
  • Coaches Individuals and Teams in the RL Selling Culture Sales Model
  • Co-ordinate and implement marketing initiatives e.g.
  • Upholding & Coaching Brand Standards and Brand Presentation
  • Implementing price changes, handles pricing issues, handles callouts, take corrective actions
  • Giving direction and guidance to the team in the absence of a manager

Perfil

Do you have experience of?
  • Assisting management in mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team
  • Assisting the store management team with other responsibilities
  • Holding a key holder level position, leading a team and inspiring them to drive sales
  • Target driven environments, ideally within fashion/ lifestyle brands
