Amazon is hiring a Learning Business Partner in Barcelona.
This person will train large numbers of new team members from the ground up by developing detailed plans, using data to drive their decision-making processes.
The Learning Business Partner will be skilled in driving business transformations.
Main responsibilities:
· Engage with client teams and leaders to define learning goals and problems, making solution recommendations to remedy them.
· Apply your expertise of learning theories to solutions that solve difficult learning problems.
· Develop on-boarding plans for all new joiners, from Day 1 to completion of training, deployment into role and ‘continuous learning’ throughout their career.
· You collaborate with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals.
· Work with partners across Europe and North America to ensure alignment with best practices, processes and technology.
· Bachelor's or university degree
· Fluency in English
· Superior communication and influence skills are necessary, with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with audiences at all management levels.
· Experience formulating and implementing training/performance improvement strategies, technologies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout the organization
· Project management experience in a matrix organization
· Work experience with career progression in designing, developing, and/or delivering classroom training in the workplace.
· Aptitude for learning and using technology for both training design and data analysis.
· Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
· Good Excel knowledge
· Master’s degree
· L&D certification by recognized body (e.g. CIPD)
· HTML knowledge
· Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
· Proven ability to actively use business metrics and or talent metrics, and training data to track, trend, and manage impact of training efforts
· Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience with Experimental Design & Research
· Experience creating e-learning content or using LMS tools such as Capstone
· Experience from within logistics, distribution or retail industry is a plus
