YOUR ROLE

  • The key purpose of the role is to be the single point of contact for the whole OtC (Order To Cash) process with the customer from order capture, order to invoice processing and complaints management requests and issues.
  • Customer interactions (Internal/ External)
  • CSL performance: coordination with both Customers & Sales to reach excellence in on-time & in-full deliveries - Customer Complaints investigation
  • Order Capture (EDI, Customer vendor portal, Phone, email...)
  • Order Processing, Validation and E2E follow-up - CRP/ VMI Orders Management
  • Support Finance Team in Cash collection & overdue invoice chasing / disputes if required
  • Claims Management (Customer interaction and ad-hoc analysis during inbound call
  • Participating in regular customer meetings (e.g. quarterly meetings to review service levels

YOUR SKILLS

  • ADE, Business administration degree
  • Responsibility ownership
  • Risk taking
  • Knowledge in ERP SAP / Excel /EDI
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Customer Service at least for a year
  • Powerful Digital skills
  • Accuracy with figures
  • Good organization & analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills.
