 - Who are we looking for? -

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Internal IT Operations Manager to join our small IT Team and oversee all IT functions in our company. You will be based preferably in Barcelona or Stockholm, but you can also be located in Germany or Italy.

- Wondering what you will be doing? Here it goes! –

You will:

• Oversee all IT operations and evaluate them according to the established goals,
• Design and establish IT policies, systems & services to support the implementation of strategies set by the management team,
• Lead the IT side of our overall security and compliance team
• Analyse business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs,
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment, software and cloud services
• Ensure security of cloud-services, data, network access and backup systems,
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time,
• Audit systems & services and assess their outcomes,
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures,
• Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.

- We are a great match if you have -

• Proven experience in a similar role as Head of Internal IT or Internal IT Manager, preferably within an international technology company,
• Hands-on and problem solver attitude,
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of cloud-services and systems and their specifications,
• Excellent knowledge of Azure,
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems,
• Experience of data governance and security.

• Organization & leadership skills,
• Experience in controlling IT budget,
• Experience with ISO certifications,
• Expertise in ITIL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English, both written and spoken,
• Any additional languages are a plus.
