Summary:

As an Account Executive Support in Barcelona you will be responsible for supporting the Account Executives with the preparation of incoming proposals from new and existing clients by confirming feasibility, performing desk research, setting up new bids, and evaluating pricing.

Day to day tasks:

  • Developing proposals including feasibility confirmation, pricing, and value add information.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with all support departments and vendors.
  • Assisting in preparation for client calls and providing documentation/summaries of client discussions.
  • Working with your team to meet and exceed commercial revenue targets set by the company.
  • Presenting technical information in easy-to-understand ways.
  • Provide custom solutions to meet client needs.

Minimum requirements:

  • Recent graduate who has a degree in business administration, mathematics, or sciences.
  • Close attention to detail and solution oriented.
  • Deadline driven with effective time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Outstanding English written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience / knowledge with qualitative and quantitative research methods (will be a plus)
  • International experience (will be a plus)
  • Good numerical ability
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Team worker
  • Sales personality
