One of our portfolio companies, SnipTech, is looking for a first point of contact for their customers. You will play an important role supporting our portfolio companies by providing them with input to improve their products and services. It's a unique chance to start in a new, international team and build up from scratch.

 

We are looking for a customer support manager and a business developer for the French market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build from the ground up with an obsession towards making these experiences memorable for the customers. 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Acting as first point of contact for our customers and ensure an excellent customer experience across different channels (phone, email, social media…etc).
  • Executing client administration tasks.
  • Supporting proactively our portfolio companies providing them input to improve their product and services.
  • Assisting the portfolio companies in the marketing activities for your local market.
  • Helping us driving and execution projects and initiatives to rapidly scale our different businesses across Europe.

 

What we’re looking for?

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in for instance: business studies, marketing or finance;
  • Min. 1 year of working experience;
  • Native-level French speaker
  • Excellent communication skills and energetic team player.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in the areas of customer service and customer communications (B2B/B2C) is a preference
  • Experience in the financial markets industry is a preference;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
