As a Customer Service Representative for the Europe Customer Operations Centre (COpC) in Barcelona you will become part of a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse work environment where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering top customer support. It is a key role that will engage with customers and be an active player with our pre and post sales engineers and other representatives to handle a variety of pre and post-sales functions.

 

Your Role:

  • Raise quotes, process orders and manage deliveries and invoicing
  • Take incoming inquiries from customers in the German region
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the quote to invoicing cycle
  • Innovate new ways of meeting the customer needs
  • Support, guide and escalate if necessary
  • Collaborate across departments and geographies
  • Assists in ad-hoc tasks
