Customer Representative Agent (French and English

The opportunity

EF English Live part of EF Education First, the EF English online school, is looking for a native F rench speaking Customer Representative Agent with a strong level in English to have daily contact with our students from French and other Frenc h -speaking countries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Being mainly in charge of important F rench account s and students learning via their C omptes Personnels de Formation (CPF)
• Offering call service in F rench (native or level C1), and English (level C1), and/ or any other language (s)
• Following up monthly on our student s’ progress via phone and emails
• Responding to all questions directly or by relaying to our Global Customer Service by email / chat
• Supporting EF Client Satisfaction Managers when necessary
• Providing students with advice on how to achieve personal and company learning targets
• Motivating and guiding our students through our online school
• Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service
• Overcoming student objections by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress
• Meeting the operations requirements of quality and productivity of customer support services
• Following the processes and procedures in place
• Keeping track of students’ feedback
• Providing our students with technical advice and solutions to ensure they have the best learning experience using EF products

To be successful in th is role, you need to be/to have:

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in F rench and English
• Highly responsible with very strong sense of ownership
• Focused on students’ satisfaction
• Positive attitude with the will to investigate and find solutions to any problem
