Content Operations - Rakuten TV

Responsibilities
Supporting and helping out with the tasks of managing tickets and re-works that could come up on a daily basis.
Being able to identify audio and subtitle errors (ie- out of sync) and understanding the issues to be able to help the Team with any possible fix.
Attention to detail and follow up of deadlines.
Downloading and Pre-processing tasks. For trailers as well as full episodes / movies when needed as well as basic encoding tasks.
Ability to correct errors detected in the quality control process.

Requirements
Good technical understanding of video / audio specs.
Ability to work within a Team.
Solution oriented. Hands-on and "can do attitude"
Good judgment and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills. Able to multitask.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
