Commercial Assistant

In this exciting role, you will work in close collaboration with our Commercial team in Spain and you will be responsible to assist them in the execution of the commercial activities in the region. We are looking for a professional with a sense of customer service and autonomy and will help Givaudan to be even better in achieving our targets.

You will:

• Work with projects and samples management
• Prepare presentations and other documents linked to clients visits and events
• Create Sales reporting
• Response to clients requests
• Manage available Price lists
  
  

You?

• High school degree. A postgraduate degree will be valued
• At least 2 years of experience in a related position in the Commercial field
• Mother tongue Spanish
• English fluency is a must
• French fluency would represent an element of preference
• Deep knowledge of the Office package
