A position as Change Agent has arisen within Tablada Performance & Improvement (P&I) Department.

 

You will join the P&I team, giving you the opportunity to drive the business excellence through the application of Lean & Change Management Tools, through the Operational Excellence System (OES).

 

Your missions will be:

• Lead the Multi Functional Team (MFT) for defining & implemented every year the improvement plan in the area (OES masterplan + Strategic Projects + Tactical Improvement Projects).
• Warranty the correct performance follow-up in the area using the defined KPIs in Balance Score Card & the associated governance model.
• Implementation of digital initiatives in the area, and support new projects for our Factory of the Future (Tablada 4.0)
• Develops and contributes to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential (OES), and leads the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business.

 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

 

• Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Performance & Improvement,
• Capability to coordinate OES process (SQCDP Meetings, Process Confirmation, Tactical Improvement Plan Meetings,….)
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal, presentations and communication skills.
• Team work
