Key Responsibilities:
Organization
Coordinating the organization of events (i.e. team meetings, seminars and/or conferences).
Supporting management of agendas, meetings and appointments. Transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings.
Gathering information to prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.
Supporting the creation, coordination and implementation of diverse projects and protocols for security, partnerships, workplace, sustainability, etc.
Communication
Handling the contact with external suppliers and key stakeholders, as well as with key partners inside the company to promote internal collaboration and communications.
Collecting facts and drafting content for the company intranet (if needed coordinate with Corporate Communications team). Designing communication plans for internal purpose
