Duties: Incumbent is responsible for multiple management portfolios at post. The incumbent’s primary role is class-B cashier with a $10,000 of operating advance and the coordination of two sub-cashiers. The incumbent also serves as management clerk with responsibilities for: human resources, support for American and Locally Employed Staff (LES), housing and leasing for American Officers and procurement. The incumbent also serves as post’s voucher support clerk

Education: Two years of post-secondary school required.

Experience: Three years of experience in administrative work including accounting and customer service is required.

Job Knowledge: A a good working knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles is helpful but bit required.

Language: Level 4 (fluent) of English speaking/reading/writing. Level 4 (fluent) of Spanish speaking/reading/writing. This may be tested.

Skills and abilities: Incumbent must have computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, internet and be able to work with electronic archive systems.
